5 Steps to Prevent Type 2 Diabetes

Diabetes is a deadly disease . Anyone can be afflicted by this disease if they are lacking in the body to produce insulin .

Type 2 diabetes is a disease that can not be cured but can be controlled . If people are already affected by diabetes , then the best way is to maintain a lifestyle because this disease can not be cured and will always recur when our lifestyle is not good .

Because this disease is very dangerous and can not be cured , it helps you prevent before this become deadly disease . And here are some ways to prevent type 2 diabetes:

1 . Keeping the weight on ideal
One of the factors that make a person's risk of developing type 2 diabetes is fat gathered around the stomach . To that end , losing weight and reducing the size of the stomach is very important to prevent diabetes . Too much fat gathered around the stomach will reduce insulin production and will increasingly lead to type 2 diabetes .


2 . Reduce consumption of sugar
Some people affected by diabetes due to heredity . If this happens to you , you should avoid eating sweet foods . People with diabetes hereditary factors will be more susceptible to diabetes , so you should be aware of the consumption of sugar and check blood sugar levels regularly. Adjust your diet as well to stay healthy and not affected by type 2 diabetes .

3 . Choosing the right fats
Not all fats are bad and should be avoided . To prevent diabetes and lose weight , you do not have to avoid all fats . The most important thing is choosing the right fats like omega - 3 fatty acids or fat in olive oil . However some fats such as saturated fats should be avoided altogether . Because saturated fat can lead to inflammation and lead to insulin resistance which can lead to diabetes .

4 . Sports
Sport does not mean you have to the gym every day . Keeping stay active lifestyle with a walk a few days or up and down stairs can also be a form of gentle exercise that can keep you in shape . Exercising and having an active lifestyle such as this also helps ward off the risk of type 2 diabetes .

5 . Consumption of spices
Some forms of spices such as cinnamon , pepper , and thyme are known to prevent diabetes . So , use this spice on your food intake to help you ward off the sugar disease .

There was never a cure for diabetes . All you have to do is to control blood sugar levels every day . To that end , prevent diabetes come much better than to treat it .
