Do not smoke
Smoking increases your risk for heart disease and stroke . So if you smoke , seek help and stop smoking now !

Sport
Exercise regularly with duration of at least 30 minutes each day , five times a week . Regular exercise helps you to stay healthy and keep your body in ideal weight . Sport does not mean you have to belong to a gym or fitness center is expensive , because there are many other ways to exercise . Simple exercise can be running , playing with your children or other activity that increases your heart rate
